ServiceMax, an automated service ticket application, will be live late June 2018 – enabling streamlined processes for scheduling and completing service work. ServiceMax, from GE Digital, is a leading industry field service management software that enables large-scale service departments for today’s most successful and respected companies. Iverify’s implementation of ServiceMax will contour the scheduling and completion of service orders for Iverify's local and nationwide customer base. This next-gen application is specifically designed to seamlessly and swiftly improve first time fix rates, reduce mean time to repair, automate the dispatch of technicians, provide real-time tracking of technicians for customers, and enable access to a secure cloud-based customer portal for reporting and metrics.
