As the company’s Vice President of Monitoring operations, Greg oversees Iverify’s 24x7 customer response centers in North Carolina and Minnesota. His 25+ years of emergency center dispatch leadership aids in the delivery of a superior security response. Customers receive value through his understanding of all aspects of emergency dispatch while actively engaging the entire Iverify team to ensure the deployment and operation excellence.

Starting in the early 1990’s, Greg was an emergency dispatch operator and quickly rose into the supervisory ranks. He has been a part of the upper management leadership teams within Protection One, Brink’s Home Security, and CPI Security Systems. He has led large teams of alarm dispatchers as well as data entry and technical support teams. His 5-years in law enforcement as a patrol officer and the supervisor over a 911 dispatch center in Carrollton, TX, gives Greg the extra edge in knowing all sides of an alarm activation and the dispatch process.

In 2010, The TMA (The Monitoring Association) selected Greg as the Manager of the Year. He routinely speaks at industry conferences in topics related to urgency, hiring, training, and metrics. In 2013, Greg was honored as the leader of the TMA’s Central Station of the Year.

Greg graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in Criminal Justice. He works from the company’s Customer Response Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
